Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

Adobe Suite: 2 years (Required)
Associates Degree (Preferred)
Experience with Graphic Design and Print Production (Preferred)
US Work Authorization (Required)

Job Description:

Check customer submitted files and correct them when needed.
Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Work independantly and collaboratively as needed.
Design and print products in a fast-paced environment for locally involved business with a large customer base.
Perform other team and customer related duties, including customer service, inventory, order processing, and business services.

Shipping specialist

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)

Qualifications:

Microsoft & Google Suite Experience (Required)
Basic Adobe Experience (Preferred)
Shipping or Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
Ability to work both on a team and individually
US Work Authorization (Required)

Job Description:

Interact directly with customers for order processing and shipping.
Packing and ship items via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Track delayed packages, processing shipment insurance and file claims.
Process Carrier Pickups, use the Point Of Sale (POS) System, handle order processing, invoicing, and manage email correspondence.
Stock, price, organize and inventory all front-of-store merchandise.
Entry-Level Position with potential for advancement.
