About the Role

Working directly with our customers to create and process shipments as well as order intake/processing.
Point of contact for our customer credit and invoice accounts.
Responsible for Running Statements
Responsible for reviewing customer accounts and interrupting financial statements
Responsible for account balance follow-up and sending online payment links.
Able to work on Team or Individually.
Direct Interaction with customers on orders.
Some early evening and Saturday hours. Closed Sundays.
Entry Level Position . Advancement within our growing Company possible.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)

  • Windows Computer System Knowledge (Required)Proficient in Excel (Preferred)

  • Basic Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Preferred)

  • Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)
