About the Role

The Shipping & Printing Associate works directly with our customers to create and process shipments as well as order intake/processing. This position requires great customer service skills as you are the primary point of contact for our customers. Primary roles and responsibilities are Usage of our POS and shipping software, direct interaction with customers, order intake and processing, communicating with customer via telephone and email, and job completion. Secondary roles and responsibilities include assisting our team with small format production, cleaning the store front (sweeping and dusting), restocking retail items, removing trash & recycling. This position is entry level; however, our company is growing fast and there are advancement opportunities. This job is for both full time and part time employment. Our current store hours are 9am until 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am until 3pm on Saturdays. Our employees are extended an employee discount as an added benefit. Our ideal candidate is dependable (more reliable than spontaneous), adaptable/flexible that enjoys doing work that requires frequent shift in direction, and has a high stress tolerance and thrives in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)

  • Windows Computer System Knowledge (Required)

  • Basic Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Preferred)

  • Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)
