Service Description
Mailbox Setup At this time Mailbox Setup is by appointment only and can take 15-20 minutes. There is a $25.00 setup fee that will be charged at the initial setup of each box. If you need a replacement key, additional key or do not turn in your key when closing your box there will be $15.00 fee for each. Required Documentation We are required by the USPS to keep 2 forms of ID on file for each applicant (except minors under the age of 18). One must be a photo and these must be presented in person at the initial setup or before receiving mail. Valid Forms of Identification Driver's License, State ID, Passport, University ID, Alien Registration Card, Armed Forces ID, Certificate of Naturalization, Corporation ID, Current Deed of Trust, Current Lease, Current Home Mortgage, Current Home Insurance Policy, Voter Registration Card, Vehicle Registration Card, Vehicle Insurance Card Unaccepted Forms of Identification Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Credit Cards Mailbox Options Small Mailboxes Includes up to 5 packages per week and all regular mail-letters, postcards and catalogs. These are popular with people or businesses that need a street address on record or someone to accept their mail, but aren't frequent online purchasers. Large Mailboxes Includes up to 10 packages per week and all regular mail-letters, postcards and catalogs. These are popular with persons, families or businesses that will receive packages at a higher frequency. Rates and Fees Small Mailboxes 3 months - $54.99 6 months - $84.96 12 months - $149.99 Large Mailboxes 6 months - $144.48 12 months - $254.99 Setup Fee: $15.00 Additional Key Fee: $15.00 Replacement Key: $15.00 No Key Return: $15.00
Cancellation Policy
Due to our busy schedule, we request that you cancel your appointment at least 1 hour in advance of the meeting. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you need to reschedule.
